Single seat only, classed as a tricycle = passengers behind driver if additional seating fitted. We bought an Ape from a young fellas dad after he was stopped in it and the cops discovered four mates smoking in the back box!

Just the bench seat although I have seen pictures of the Green Classic with a saddle type seat that looked a bit odd.
