Hello everybody,,
i am new here at this forum.
my Ape story started many years ago when me and my friends use to go skiing in italy.
I was allways impressed by these three wheelers i saw everythere.
Now almost 30 year later i found one for sale near me ( i live in SWEDEN,,) they are NOT common here !
The Ape was in really bad condition
Rusty, dents allover, no working electrical system, à real piece of junk.
But i loved it
?
So i bought it and fixed it so i could use it for a while.
I was very happy for this machine, but i wanted a nicer one,,
So i started to search for a nice Ape, and i found a nice in the north of Sweden ( i live in south Sweden,,,)
2000 km from me !
But the seller was an older reliable man so i bought it just by the photos i haved seen.
He send it to me with DHL on a big pallet.
And it was in very good condition??
This are à fantastic machine,,,
I had have a lot of cars and bikes, and sold them again.
But i will NEVER sell my Ape,,,
I have fitted à 100cc kit and a Gianelli exhaust?
And i have driven for one hour full throttle without any problems,,,, how is it possible ?
On a flat road i reaches 35mp/h GPS speed.
I use the Ape for many things at home,
Transport stone,wood,gravel,and all types of building material.
I just cant be without this fantastic machine,,,
