I am searching for a particular type of Piaggio Ape that that I am told is a "Mozza Ape." This vehicle has a slide up rear compartment that you can stand inside and sell your products. Apes are extremely rare in the USA and when you come across one, it's a often a fixed or tilt bed type. With the USA federal guidelines in place I can import (a 1990 or older) Piaggio Ape. What I was wondering is if there is a resource that sells the per-manufactured Mozza Ape rear "boxes" that I can bolt onto an Ape that I find? I plan on using this vehicle to sell gelato.
