Can anyone suggest an insurance company to insure our calessino fully comp fir social and pleasure only?

I have looked (I think) every where and only found MCE insurance is willing to. If you don't find anything else they do insure "strange vehicles" but it's expensive and I didn't have the best service.
If you do find ANY other insurer could you be a star and let me know?
My renewal is end of March 2017 and if no better premium I may have to change plans for my poor tuktuk (Ape Piaggio van 50)

My Ape is insured with Bikesure Insurance Services. They were the only firm I could find who offered me reasonably priced cover.
